I’m Maddie—a project manager, storyteller, and perpetual explorer. Originally from Portland, Oregon, I’ve spent the last decade living, working, and immersing myself in different cultures across the U.S. and abroad. For me, “home” has always been more about the experiences I collect and the people I meet than a single place on the map.

Professionally, project management is my anchor. I thrive on bringing structure to complexity—whether it’s leading cross-functional teams, optimizing workflows, or turning ideas into actionable strategies. With a background in marketing, communications, and education, I bring a dynamic approach to problem-solving and collaboration. I’m certified in project management (CAPM) and Asana Workflow Specialization, and I’m always expanding my expertise in tools and methodologies to make work more efficient and impactful.

Beyond project management, I have a deep love for language and storytelling. I’ve worked as a writer, editor, and translator, using my bilingual skills to bridge gaps and connect ideas across audiences. My curiosity has led me to roles in education, advocacy, and digital marketing—each experience shaping my ability to adapt, communicate, and lead with empathy.
